ETHIOPIA
Located in Debrebirhan, Ethiopia, the Debrebirhan orphanage is making an impact on the lives of children affected by HIV/ AIDS. In this community a large number of people are HIV + or are suffering from AIDS. The children who reside in Covenant Orphanage, for the most part, have become orphans due to the AIDS related death of one or both parents. Currently there are nine orphan children who are residing there from ages 3-12 years old. They are all HIV negative.
